These Terms govern your use of the TacLink C2 website at taclinkc2.com and, once available, the TacLink C2 desktop application. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms. TacLink C2 is currently in pre-release development. These Terms will be updated as the product evolves.

Acceptance

By using this website or joining the early access waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Early Access

Joining the waitlist means you are expressing interest in the product and agreeing to receive updates about its development and launch. Waitlist membership does not guarantee access. No binding agreement to provide access is created by signing up.

If early access testing becomes available, additional terms specific to that program will be provided at that time.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the site to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site
• Submit false or misleading information
• Transmit malicious code or disruptive content
• Scrape or harvest data without permission
• Impersonate TacLink C2 or its team

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, product names, and interface designs — is the property of TacLink C2 and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid us — which during the current pre-launch phase is zero.

Drone Operation Disclaimer

TacLink C2 is a software tool designed to assist drone operators. You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable aviation laws, regulations, and safety guidelines in your jurisdiction — including FAA regulations, airspace authorization, remote ID compliance, and any local laws governing drone operations. TacLink C2 does not guarantee airspace compliance and should not be used as a substitute for proper pilot training and legal compliance.
